Lubrication
Lubrication of heavy equipment begins prior to startup by activating an electric pre-lube system. Traditional designs have a mechanical lubrication pump take over once the equipment is running.
We perform both functions and then some. Our lubricant pumps typically operate on DC power but have no brushes, so they can run continuously and through the various cycles that follow demand. They provide pre-lube and normal lubrication, as well as the added benefit of turbo soak-back to extend turbo life.
Diesel manufacturers are finding benefits in our solutions, such as lower initial cost, fewer parts/higher reliability, lower parasitic losses, lower total cost of ownership, and less maintenance. That's not all!
Our pumps respond to built-in logic control. For example, as an engine wears, our lube pumps can supply more oil to maintain the oil pressure. They also have the ability to send out alerts of upcoming maintenance required of the engine pump or filters.
